KICKS, which has been a loyal customer of Bedege for almost a decade, invested early in a seamless customer journey – regardless of the channel. By implementing a common omni-solution, they took a powerful step in their digital transformation and were able to further strengthen their position in the Nordic beauty market.
Flexible Retail Solution for a Seamless Customer Experience
In order to enhance customer service across all channels, KICKS initiated an investment in digital solutions. Furthermore, they began searching for a flexible retail data solution that would effectively work for both fixed and mobile devices. Subsequently, a select few suppliers were chosen to participate in a thorough selection process. Those suppliers who met KICKS' requirements were then invited to a Proof of Concept, during which a test concept was built at the headquarters for evaluation.
Following a successful POC, KICKS ultimately chose Bedege and the omnichannel solution LS Central. This platform not only enabled the same retail solution to be used in all countries, but it also served as the backend for e-commerce, thus streamlining operations across various channels.
A New ERP for an End-to-End Retail Solution
In connection with the implementation of the new store solution, KICKS also began to evaluate alternatives to replace its existing business system.
After a thorough analysis, KICKS recognized the advantages of consolidating ERP, retail systems, and Point-of-sSle solutions into a single integrated platform. Thus, KICKS chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which seamlessly interacts with LS Central – entirely without the need for external integrations.
The deployment consolidated a large portion of the company's workflows and processes into one system. This not only reduced the number of integrations but also increased control, efficiency, and stability throughout the entire operation.
