We want to simplify for our stores and have only one partner for support that they can contact; do you offer such a SPOC arrangement?

Yes, we provide a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) setup. Our goal is to make things as simple as possible for store staff, and one way to truly ease their work is by offering just one number to call for support—no need to consider where the issue lies or which supplier to contact.

We assess your specific needs and, together with you and your other suppliers, agree on how the SPOC setup should be structured and which escalation paths it should include.

Can the system be customised for us?

Yes, that is possible and is one of the major advantages compared to many of our competitors, especially regarding POS systems.

The system includes extensive standard functionality, so there may not be a need for it, but if you want to develop a unique customization for your business, Bedege can assist with that. All development is done following Microsoft’s recommended best practices to ensure future upgrades can be carried out as smoothly as possible.

We are looking for a competent partner who can support all our stores 365 days a year – Can Bedege do that?

Do you offer service on hardware?

Our service department handles, in addition to repairs of depot units, service on hardware that falls outside of existing agreements. We can perform troubleshooting and repairs on various types of hardware. In many cases, we have spare parts in stock; otherwise, we order the necessary parts.

What does POS mean?

POS stands for Point Of Sale, which in Swedish is commonly referred to as “kassa” and refers to the device along with the system that enables checkout and payment of goods or services. However, the POS solution Bedege offers is much more comprehensive than just a device for processing payments.

We are going to procure a new Cash Register/POS system and would like you to participate as an option in the procurement. Who should we contact?

Potential customers who contact us may be at different stages of their buying process. Below are some examples:
